Return & Refund Policy

This policy is required in order to keep our prices as low as they are and, most importantly, provide our customers with the highest level of service that they are accustomed to from Source 1 Distributors.


RETURNS


Any and all returns whether for refund, store credit/exchange, or warranty, MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to receipt of any returned goods by Source 1 Distributors.


Our refund policy lasts 15 days. Prior to the end of the 15 day refund period, customers requesting refund must contact Source 1 Distributors to obtain an RMA Number.


After 15 days from original date of purchase, returns will be honored with store credit or exchanges only.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


All returns are subject to a restocking and handling fee of 15% or $5.00, whichever is greater.


To complete your return, we require:


  • Receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Contact details to include all shipping information.
  • Returns must be sent prepaid to Source 1 Distributors, LLC. unless otherwise specified.


Any items sold as "Open Box" or "Clearance" are sold "as-is" and are excluded from any and all return or refund policies implied, assumed, and or aforementioned. Warranty may be offered on these products and will be annotated as such in the product description.



Defective Products


All defective products are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions unless otherwise noted on the product listing page, and in the product's specific description or specifications.



Warranty


Source 1 Distributors, LLC offers a 90 day warranty on all items (excluding clearance items). All warranty claims will follow the same protocols as returns and require an RMA Number prior to repair or exchange.



Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refund processing time differs by financial institutions, Source 1 Distributors, LLC does not make or imply any promise as to timeline for posting of refunds to customer accounts. Source 1 does promise to process refunds in a timely manner.



Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often additional processing time before a refund is posted.


If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at sales@source1dist.com.



Clearance items


Only regular priced items may be returned for refund or exchange, the sale of clearance items is final.



Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@source1dist.com and send your item to: 189 Cobb Pkwy N., Suite A7, Marietta, GA, 30062, United States.



Damage During Shipping


First, please document the condition of the packaging so that claim may be submitted to the shipping partner if required. Contact Source 1 Distributors at sales@source1dist.com as soon as possible to obtain an RMA Number and a return shipping label via email. Once your damaged item is received, inspected, and approved, a replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.



Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
